I’ve been coming to Tezcal since I was about 14, and this place has become so much more than just a restaurant to me it genuinely feels like family. Back in high school, there were times when I only had enough money for three tacos, and they would give me five simply because they could tell I was hungry. Tried to go and closed even though website/door/google said open
So glad we checked this place out, super local and great overall experience. The food was incredible. We loved the burrito suizo and the enchiladas. Customer service was outstanding, we will def be coming back. Highly recommend.
First time stopping in here as we were in the neighborhood and so happy we did! The food was amazing and the service was better than any I have ever had in Chicago. You are treated like part of the family. This is a must try with authentic food. We will definitely be back!
