Not the best dining experience for sure. Took an hour and a half just for us to eat, only about fifteen minutes of which we actually had food. (Without silverware for half that). Waiter was fairly lost and obviously new but was receiving no supervision to help him efficiently run his area. We had to go through another waitress walking by to have our orders fixed, get refills, and silverware. The food was good but the headache involved to dine overshadowed it by far. After spilling a drink on us, not the best salsa, finally we received food but had to wait on silverware, and they managed to mess up a simple order of chimichangas. 10/10 would not recommend.

Best place to eat in Jacksonville. We eat here almost every Sunday. We had stopped going because things had gone down hill. We went again today to give them one more chance and it was great. They are under new management. The food was delicious! The best in Jacksonville. Our server was great. She was very friendly and on top of everything. It was very clean. We will be making this our Sunday lunch spot again.
Went there for my grandsons birthday. Party of 6 adults 4 kids. Waited for a table which is understandable. Waited over 30 min to order food and then after 45 we left. Never received our food. Talked to the hostess, asked to see manager. Neither seemed to care let alone apologize for the bad service. Won't be back

One of the best experiences I’ve had in Jacksonville thus far. The food was authentic and the service was great. The servers were actively engaged. All of the tables were cleaned and even though i was picky with my order it came out exactly how i ordered it. I recommend 100%.
the first time there was great. the second time was during lunch time and it was awful. took forever to have someone great us. the waiters were all huddled in the back. tables were still full of dirty plates. finally got my food but it wasn't what I ordered so because I took a bite of it they would not give me what I ordered. ridiculous. go elsewhere or at night time only

I took my family out to dinner and in the restaurant for all to see was this dry erase board in view of customers. When we requested to speak to a manager we were told she was not on the premises but the staff acknowledged the sign. Our waiter provided excellent service but the majority of the rest of the staff was extremely unprofessional. With the way the staff acted it appeared the manager was gone during our entire visit.
