The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is I enjoyed the food I ordered. I had to tell the waitress sometimes twice what I wanted to order because she wasn't attentive. After waiting 20-30 minutes for the waitress to pay the bill we decided to get up and go find a different waitress to pay the bill. Excuse was she was in the bathroom, probably not going back anytime in the future.
The service is horrible. This place would be good if the waiter would come to the table more than once every 30 mins.
We love this place! took my future Daughter-in-law, April and Caleb there for lunch today. Veronica was totally awesome server. When I couldn't get them singing videoed; they graciously re-sang for me! hats off to you all!!!
I came here last night and it was kind of disappointing. The plate was dirty. Three different waiters came to our table and not one of them took my order until later. Then the waiter sat down next to me like she knew me. Very unprofessional. Was waiting for my food for over an hour. The waiter didn't come check the table for a long time either. My drink was empty for a while. The service was pretty bad.
The service was horrible, it took like 40 minutes to get our food....food was great, service was horrible.
Mediocre food, service not so good, margarita was delish
Second time having this restaurant and both times major disappointment. Once for lunch and today for dinner, food was not good, lacked seasoning, not hot, and the deep fried telqui changa was saturated in liquid. Both times we have had horrible service like it was a bother to have our party in the restaurant. Needless to say we have no interest in ever coming back

Horrible service. Orders came out wrong. Margaritas were barely alcoholic. Our server was completely rude.

Im sorry the service was bad , the waiter that was taking care of you has only been working for a week we thought he could handel it. Next time you come ask for the manager her name is Anel and she will make sure you guys get a good service and we will make sure the group gets a free shot of tequila. You will no longer be seeing this waiter.
The food is great and the drinks are delicious. The atmosphere is super fun too. Only problems lately are with our waitress and the service.....SUPER rude and super slow.
