Food has always been great, unfortunately the service is absolutely horrible. My wife and I were the first couple in on Sunday morning, upon entering the 2 servers were sitting at the table talking, clearly perturbed by our entrance, she were likely got up and walked us to a table. All the while, refusing to take her AirPods out of her ears so she can hear us. I usually never have a problem with this place but my husband picked up our food about 20 minutes ago or so , there was hair all in my food not just one piece but multiple hairs all in my food and it look like they just put someone’s left overs in a Togo box and gave it to me (not that they did) it’s just what it looked like . I never complain and never had a problem from this place but that was just disgusting and made me lose my appetite.
Paid an extra $5.35 for tortillas with my fajita order... got home I had exactly zero tortillas not even the ones that come with the meal... waited at the front counter for 5 minutes before any came out of the kitchen, most folks / employees out back in the parking lot..... yeah that kind of place.
