I am writing the following review to express my concern regarding the status of my tax filing. Despite submitting my taxes, the IRS website indicates that no record of my filing exists. I have attempted to contact El Tax Mexicano via phone multiple times, and on one occasion, I was assured that a representative would call me back to resolve the issue. Scammers. They told my parents that there was no way they could get a refund because my dad earns tok much money, but turbo tax said otherwise. They also told them they shouldn't file separately since they've been doing to together for a while. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND
Muy mal servicio al cliente, la señora que segun es “secretaria” me queria estafar cobrandome por unas hojas que yo ya avia pagado nomas porque si. No recomiendo este lugar ay muchos en el area que ablan español, rapidos y profecionales.
