Normally I would give this restaurant 4 stars . The food is great and quick service. Unfortunately twice now we have found hair in our food . The first time the restaurant was great , quick to offer a new meal for our next visit. The second time unfortunately we were told we had to come pick up the replacement item immediately. Would you want to eat right after finding a hair ? Nope ! So I guess this ends the frequency of visits to El Sueno for us . Courtesy for your customers goes a long way .
I gave the restaurant another chance. Y'all made a huge difference in my first visit. I will be back again. Very happy.
I honestly forgot why I quit eating at this restaurant until I tried it again this evening. Their extra charges for every little thing is absurd!!!! I will not be going back and would not recommend!
There to go service is awful They mess every order up that you call in and then they always say that they never have chips and they’re always closing in 30 minutes early and hanging up the phone and won’t answer the phone This place went downhill quick!
