Very bad place to live in. I came to my apartment one day to find two people living in my apartment the female seems to be a homeless, Blythe Police Department came and kicked them out , Unfortunately the manager was involved in giving them access to my apartment. Also poop in front of my door all the time and the homeless people are doing drugs in the hallway.
Some of the neighbors are really rude
No manager, no landscaper, no repairs being made, roaches everywhere, rent checks uncashed with whereabouts unknown, multiple vacancies(I wonder why). Illegals welcome.
These 5 star ratings are accurate as of August 2024. Largely due to the retiring manager, Mark L. This is a place in transition, bear that in mind. The building is an early 1900's place, tiled floors, arched doorways, built ins, units have a small but serviceable closet. I'm waiting to see how it goes after Mark leaves, with Mark, it's a safe, friendly, comfortable place.
