I really like it here. Nice place to live with plenty of walkable places nearby.

Very bad place to live in. I came to my apartment one day to find two people living in my apartment the female seems to be a homeless, Blythe Police Department came and kicked them out , Unfortunately the manager was involved in giving them access to my apartment. Also poop in front of my door all the time and the homeless people are doing drugs in the hallway.
