My mother was scheduled to have an appointment at 8 in the morning, which I didn't want to do because was too early for me, however it was the only appointment they had. I woke up 5 minutes late, and called to reschedule. Due to missing THE FIRST APPOINTMENT, apparently they don't want to take her anymore. This is exactly why I didn't want to do 8 in the morning. I just moved to Tucson so I am new to the practice. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Dr Eckstein was fantastic and really listened to my issues. This is the first time I haven’t felt rushed speaking with a doctor! I absolutely recommend this practice and Dr Eckstein!!
This is a really great clinic. The whole care team is exceptionally friendly and truly makes you feel cared for. They take my concerns seriously and are incredibly proactive about addressing them. I'm a chronically ill patient and have met many physicians, NPs, and MAs - none of them have come close to being as kind, knowledgable, or efficient as every single member of staff I've interacted with at El Sol. Their standards are high and it is apparent in every visit.
Dr Lystrup is great. Very personable and easy to talk to. Asks great questions and genuinely cares about his patients well being. Fortunate to find him after Dr Gallo retired.
