After both of my np left, I moved to another clinic. The fact that you try to call and you get put on hold immediately upon calling to cancel or schedule. Waits times are 5 to 10 minutes! Dont like Kathleen Brun's attitude either. She doesn't listen nor did she read my chart. I am glad I have a new primary care dr whom listens and cares. Dont go here.

My mother was scheduled to have an appointment at 8 in the morning, which I didn't want to do because was too early for me, however it was the only appointment they had. I woke up 5 minutes late, and called to reschedule. Due to missing THE FIRST APPOINTMENT, apparently they don't want to take her anymore. This is exactly why I didn't want to do 8 in the morning. I just moved to Tucson so I am new to the practice. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Dr Eckstein was fantastic and really listened to my issues. This is the first time I haven’t felt rushed speaking with a doctor! I absolutely recommend this practice and Dr Eckstein!!
