I just moved to Tucson so I am new to the practice. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Dr Eckstein was fantastic and really listened to my issues. This is the first time I haven’t felt rushed speaking with a doctor! I absolutely recommend this practice and Dr Eckstein!!
This is a really great clinic. The whole care team is exceptionally friendly and truly makes you feel cared for. They take my concerns seriously and are incredibly proactive about addressing them. I'm a chronically ill patient and have met many physicians, NPs, and MAs - none of them have come close to being as kind, knowledgable, or efficient as every single member of staff I've interacted with at El Sol. Their standards are high and it is apparent in every visit.
Dr Lystrup is great. Very personable and easy to talk to. Asks great questions and genuinely cares about his patients well being. Fortunate to find him after Dr Gallo retired.
Love these people!!!!! From the reception staff to all of the technicians to the nurses and doctors, they are the best. I count them as my extended family. The MyChart system is great, but the ability to get an issue resolved by phone is just super, especially because of the reception staff. 😀 Appointments are kept on time, yet there still seems to be plenty of time to have personal and necessary time with my practitioner. I do love these special, very hard working, caring people.
