My daughter who is a college student was approved and excepted at this apartment complex. I helped move her down from Pennsylvania with everything she had in a uhaul just before college was to start. She was to sign the lease that day.The management update the income level to $7000 for the month. Now unless you are renting in Naples or Manhattan your income and being a college student will not be $7000 a month.
