I had a metal roof installed, and after a leak showed up during heavy rain, I decided to have the whole roofing job looked at more carefully. I reached out to El Segundo Roofing Services, and the experience was a big improvement from what I had dealt with before. Benjamin explained the roof inspection clearly, pointed out workmanship problems in simple terms, and helped me understand the best way to fix the issues without overselling anything. After comparing a few roofing estimates and researching my options, I felt this te... read more

In one word, outstanding. From the friendly person who answered my first call, to the owner, to Jacob and Zachary who handled the gutter, downspout, and leaf guard work, the whole roofing and exterior service experience was excellent. I scheduled an estimate for my home in El Segundo, and the owner came by promptly. By the next morning, I had a clear quote, and just a few days after I approved it, the crew arrived ready to install the new gutters and leaf protection system. They completed the job in under four hours, and the... read more

I would give 1,000 stars if I could. We were already stretched thin working on an older home remodel, and once we got to the roof, a few areas looked questionable to me. It was such a relief to hear that we did ... read more

This is a real story and it almost feels hard to believe these days. Our home is older, so i thought we might need brand new gutters because of the age of the roofline and drainage system. We do our best to keep everything in good shape. benjamin told me on the phone that if the gutters were not leaking, they might not need to be replaced, and he gave me a rough price range anyway. He showed up when he said he would, inspected the gutters and roof edge carefully, and later let me know that our gutter system was still in good... read more

I contacted a roofing company to check a roof leak that showed up during a heavy rain with strong wind. Zachary inspected the problem area, went into the attic, and then walked the outside of the house to look over the roofing system. He also checked the seals around the roof and ceiling vents nearby. He said the home was built very well and looked fairly new overall. Since there had been no leaks before or after that storm, his opinion was that wind-driven rain likely got pushed into one of the vents and caused the issue. H... read more
