First time getting a colonoscopy and the medical staff here made the experience pleasant and even dare I say, fun! Janie, Carl (I think?) Sharif and the doctor were all so kind and the process was swift with zero delays or conflicts. Everything was explained thoroughly and I felt very taken care of. They even have dim lights and music playing in the procedure room like a spa. They settled my nervousness immediately and took great care of me.
I had my first colonoscopy today, and I was so scared going in, but all of the staff washed my anxieties away. I was taken care of from start to finish. Most medical professionals I interact with these days have such an aloof demeanor, but not here. I was treated like family, and I felt so seen and validated. They pay attention to every detail of care, and I appreciated every bit of it. I can guarantee that you are in great hands here. To everyone who took care of me today, THANK YOU! 💖
My appointment was today and what a great office with the nicest front office, nurses, anesthesiologist and the doctor. It's so nice to see pleasant, smiling people so early in the morning. Thanks, everyone ☺️
