do a bang up job at body work These guys know their stuff. I have been recommending them for years and have yet to hear any negative feedback. They are highly organized and very experienced. The order taker is so pleasant that you have to smile. I highly recommend them. PROS: experienced, organized, good customer service CONS: very busy

excellent service, extremely professional I've gone twice now to El Segundo Auto Body for major car repairs. One was major (rubbed out by a semi on the freeway), and one was a fender bender. I was hugely impressed with their approach to customer service. Both John at the front desk and the owner are friendly, sympathetic, and they ensure quality work. Gave me a ride to and from work and completed the work either on time or earlier than they promised. You can't ask for more. I don't give out top ratings very often but this pl... read more
