Wish I could comment something positive but our initial visit to El Segundo Animal Hospital was not pleasant. Had a confirmed appointment for 2m but after checking-in we waited for 15 minutes in a totally empty parking lot for a representative to appear. I was advised that I would need to complete their 3 page form which had been thoroughly completed and returned to them via email 2 weeks prior.
