Excellent food and the owner cares about the community !
We visited this place on a Sunday afternoon at around 1pm. The place was not crowded. Good ambience, place is clean, service was fast, food tasted good but not great. They charge $3.99 for soda but no free refill. This is the first I have experienced this. We got the drinks served with more than half the glass filled with ice. I am sure they have reasons for no refill but I am paying close to $16 for 4 sodas with mostly ice in it and not a single refill, this is not going to work for me. Went to the maple grove location, this was our 2nd time, and this was the 2nd time we had to ask for help!! We always go early for dinner, so the place WAS NOT BUSY! Sat about 15 minutes, finally got up and asked some lady at the front desk If we could get service, she looked shocked as I apparently bothered her!! We sat and watched as wait staff, after wait staff walked by our table even one time, acknowledging us or anything. We finally had a waiter come over , he took our order. Food arrives.
