My waitress knew no English asked questions and she couldn’t understand anything I ordered meal that said beans or rice I asked for both she said ok and I only got rice

We were seated right away. Service was good. Food was yummy!
Food was ok not best.. service not best drop food off , never came back.. get up ask for my check.. first time here definitely will not be back
