Terrible doctor. He had no remorse for my wife who went through a miscarriage. Every appointment he seemed disinterested and acted as if we were taking up too much of his precious time. El Rio should he ashamed of themselves for having this inconsiderate scum on their staff. If you see his name—RUN!!!
I gave one star because my dentist Dr. Lee has a gentle hand. But.... I went last year for a tooth extraction (top right), the pain was so unbearable (I can't tolerate much) so I called the after-hours line and request stronger pain meds (tylenol and ibuprofen weren't working) Dr. Rogers the on call dentist prescribed 3 days of percocet. Unfortunately, I had to have another tooth extraction (bottom left) and before I went in I asked if pain meds can be prescribed, informed them I don't tolerate pain. If you want a place to screw up your insurance and this is the place for you. It doesn't matter how many times you change your insurance online, at kiosk and through a representative, your insurance will still NOT be updated. Also, the lab is a joke. They will tell you that you have to wait for almost half an hour and give you the wrong information and you find out that the reason they take so long is because the receptionist and the phlebotomist are just chit chatting away in the front and not caring about the people they a... read more
