if your lab operates on different hours than the rest of the building, you need to explicitly list that. ridiculous that i have to bend over backwards and waste gas just to submit lab work.
I've been waiting over 20 minutes for them to answer the phone!
I watched a girl crying in the lobby as the receptionist who was working (the one with long eyelashes) get upset with a pregnant woman over the $40 co pay. The receptionist that did this has been unfriendly multiple times and had no remorse. I recommend finding another place to go.
Bad service and long time wait
I see the Pulmonologist for care. Excellent caregiver, great staff and quality communication with patient. I highly recommend their services through El Rio Health Care.
