Went in kind of late to have some drinks with friends ordered food to go didn’t check it so that was my fault but when I realized it it was to late to call called the next morning told them what happened they say ok we remake food. I come to pick it up and they say some bullshit that we should call the day of it happening how would that be possible if yall are closing as we were leaving. Do better bc this is several orders I’ve had messed up with them. I think I’m done with giving them any of my business from here on out.
Not open on Monday . Went there today doors locked . To bad .
Beyond disappointed with the service here tonight. Took almost 20 minutes to get my drink, 30 minutes to get an order of cheese dip, and sat for over 1 1/2 hours with still no food in sight. I even asked for a box for when my food came out I could pack it up and go, and she never even bought me a box! I have never felt so disregarded by a server in my life.
