What is the purpose of having a psyche provider when she doesn't do jack? Dr. A has been useless for my son. He has needed a form filled out and she is completely incompetent. He has been unhappy for a while and her refusal fill out a simple form confirmed we need a new and better provider. We are done with sub standard care
My son was there for his appt with Dr. Akimble. He has a form that needed to be filled out by the DMV to show he is mentally clear to drive dut to being bipolar. Since when did a mental health provider not be qualified to fill out a form saying someone is mentally clear to drive? Now, I'm questioning her ability as a so called mental health provider.
Love this place. I’m reading all these low rating and can’t believe it. Because this place is great compared to what they are saying about it.
I had a very unsettling experience recently. I found that the provider misrepresented my statements and twisted my words in a way that felt manipulative rather than helpful. It is difficult to build a therapeutic relationship when your own history and concerns aren't being accurately reflected. I felt unheard and would recommend you keep a personal record of your statements for yourself. The refill process here can be incredibly frustrating.
