Lazy. Sliding scale person took a 2 hour lunch break (at 11, an HOUR EARLY) after I drive from vail. Told me to go to another location.. they would *also* be on lunch by the time I got there, I ALREADY DROVE 21 MILES & MORE TO GET GHE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS- I know because I called ahead & they contacted/ forwarded me to on site staff to give me instructions. The staff here have given the best care I've ever received in my entire life, which they also saved. I've been treated with care. dignity, kindness, and compassion. Qualities rarely found anymore.
Honestly just passed thru. Unfortunately I'm a smoker so as I happened to pass through the parking lot I just get harassed by the security guard for my cigarette, even though this takes place far from the facility itself and far too early in my day but man!! Honestly if it's such a hassle definitely note "signage" isn't significantly posted around, So just two places along the back of the parking lot is not very informative so definitely was a Bummer...
