I was scheduled over the phone by a rep at 9:30 am for an appt To get an MMR antibody test. Unfortunately there was no lab that day. They knew by 10 am that was true. No calls or anything. I check in at 1:35 pm for a 2:00 pm appt. I am seen at 2:15 pm for that appointment. I was previously seen at El Rio Cherryvale which gave me excellent service. I cannot say that herr. The doctors are very helpful go above and beyond to keep you healthy the staff is proffessional and very kind. I would recommend this El Rio any day.
