Dentist not only lied but made false statements on a medical record. I've never had a worse experience with a dental team
I'm not going to lie: painful but not any more so than any other dental office! The shots hurt (I had to get them in the very front), but the pain went away quickly and hey, better that rather than feel everything after! I was panicking quite a bit and the dentist and assistants were very nice and helped calm me down...even after I said a few cuss words and apologized profusely, they said I've heard worse!
I had an appointment at 2:30 got there at 2:19 then it passed 2:30 and I was still waiting it was almost about to be 3 and if they would have called me back I would have probably been done at 4 and that’s insane to me and mind u I called in the am to see if I can go in early anyways I wanted to reschedule my appointment the lady said call like she wasn’t doing anything so she could have helped me out but she didn’t do I called I waited 5 mins no one picked up then tells me to wait 14 more mins mind u i already was waiting 28... read more
I need an emergency root canal. I am in PAIN! I called and they set up an appointment in two days for an evaluation and the procedure. I said it has already been evaluated by a dentist and I have a referal to an endodontist. They assured me that the proceedure will get done on that day. I received a call today reminding me of the appointment (like my tooth will let me forget). Now they say this is only for an evaluation and that no root canal will be done. Worthless Service!
