I recently visited the clinic and had a great experience office wise, unfortunately they had to refer out but will be back for other dental work. The staff, including the doctor, was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Tammy, who went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. Her kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. Highly recommend this clinic!
I wish I would have never gotten my teeth done with pearse at the congress location it'd be awesome to get my money back
Update as of April 2025: 4/5 Now that I have got into the system everything has gone relatively smoothly, only a few hiccups here and there because of holidays or money scams. I am sure it is still a pain to get in but once in it isn't terrible. I plan to keep coming here. Original: 1/5 Absolutely awful. Can't get an appointment to save your life. Everytime, "Call Monday at 7am" and for 3 months that is what I did while then proceeding to be on hold for 40min, taking time off work and life, etc. just to find out yet again I ... read more
