Great staff very good experience
Worse place to get dental work I went in as emergency extraction. Got an infection 2days later went in the Dr and assistant were very condescending towards me as if I was lying being in pain and swollen he checked the area where the tooth was extracted and sure enough infection he didn’t like the fact I was right so called in RX 3 weeks later still here dealing with an infection luckily I went to Dr Bedoya he told me was was really going on in my sinus. Good dentists, horrible scheduler and setup in general. (Look at their reviews. If you had decent insurance, go elsewhere.) I called to make an appointment for a surgery. I told them the surgeon's name, the procedure I needed, and that I had all the images required and the referal. When I got there, it wasn't the surgeon I saw, but another dentist to redo the ex-rays and and exam which, in the end, I had to pay for in total as one x-ray was a duplicate and the cost the insurance company actually paid was deducted from the su... read more
A great place to get care. I got one cavity after two years of not being to the dentist. Which isn't to bad and there prices are decent. Better than aspen dental. I also need a retainer and fix my teeth again. I lost my retainer when I was in a shelter. Why I'm grateful for a retainer when I get one again from El Rio. I also need x rays and cleaning which they do all that at El Rio dental. Thank you again for your great care. Will come back.
I recently visited the clinic and had a great experience office wise, unfortunately they had to refer out but will be back for other dental work. The staff, including the doctor, was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Tammy, who went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. Her kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. Highly recommend this clinic!
