Update as of April 2025: 4/5 Now that I have got into the system everything has gone relatively smoothly, only a few hiccups here and there because of holidays or money scams. I am sure it is still a pain to get in but once in it isn't terrible. I plan to keep coming here. Original: 1/5 Absolutely awful. Can't get an appointment to save your life. Everytime, "Call Monday at 7am" and for 3 months that is what I did while then proceeding to be on hold for 40min, taking time off work and life, etc. just to find out yet again I ... read more
Saybra is the best front desk receptionist she was very helpful with billing and got my insurance finance situated. All staff are always kind and very helpful ! Highly recommended EL RIO ON CONGRESS
