The patient intake is very strange once youre in the facility is nice enough. Its getting through their phone service thats like pulling teeth. No one answers the phone there at all. Idk if its their policy but to even get to the menu option to get a call back you have to be on the phone for 3 minutes. No, you wont always get a call back. That's insane to me. Been on hold for 40 minutes now, just trying to schedule an appointment. “All of our healthcare representatives are currently busy.” What an absolute lie. “We know your time is valuable”, says the automated voice. Front office needs to start respecting a patients needs or I’m going to have to look for healthcare elsewhere.
