They seldom pick up the phone! I've been trying to reach them for 2 days to reschedule a appointment. When it comes to the phones they are awful.

El Rio Health has horrible customer service when it comes to billing. It took them over 3 months to send me a bill. I had requested a bill for my medical charges after they called me for payment. They called again and asked for payment and I asked for my bill, again. I had made multiple requests and then gave up. I surprisingly received a bill on June 12, that was dated May 25th. I have been trying to figure out when I’m going to get a crown on my tooth, being that I had a root canal done on September 2nd, 2021. I have been calling this office and specifically been speaking to “ERICA” or “ERIKA” and have had some of the worst customer service ever. SHE IS VERY RUDE AND UNWILLING TO HELP. SHE SHOWS NO COMPASSION OR WILL TO TRY AND HELP CUSTOMERS. I have called repeatedly after being told that I would receive a call back.
