Great Service My doctor recently put me on a special treatment for my conditions and referred me to El Rey Rx. At first I was unconfortable filling my prescription here since I never heard of El Rey but after they took the initiative to contact me to introduce themselves when they received my prescription I started to have a good feeling about them and I was correct because my medications required an authorization with my insurance company and I thought it was going to take forever to get them authorized due to the cost but ... read more
They are the best!! They have excellent customer service skills. Always helpful and go out of there way to make sure you are getting your medication quick. I have been going to them for years and will continue. The pharmacist goes out of her way to answer any questions you might have as well. If the pharmacist is near you I would highly recommend it. Thanks El Rey staff for you great customer service skills!!
WONDERFUL!! I love this pharmacy.. top 5 in America!! GO EL REY PHARMACY.. Great service..great staff.. filled prescription quick. If you need injectables filled go to this pharmacy.. they overnight medication or let you pick up medication at your own convinence
The Worst Pharmacy in the World This is by far the worst pharmacy I every had the displeasure of working with. They never return phone calls about refills, they never follow up, they lie about doing work... I can't believe that such incompetence is allowed to stay in business.
Patient of Hep--C I always received my interferon and ribaviron on time.while on the therapy my viral load went to zero,but returned one month after terminating.I have genotype 3 and in the near year that I have been off treatment I feel allot better even-though I still am infected with HCV. I have a good friend who has been receiving the same therapy and went highly anemic and is presently waiting for his second shipment of Procrit 40,000 units. It's more than twenty four hours late by FedEx.
Where is my money???????? I received my prescriptions by mail until August 2009. I overpaid this pharmacy by $78.00 and have yet to receive my refund. I call every two weeks and I am told that my refund has been approved (how very nice of them to approve sending me my own money back) and that I will receive it in two weeks. I have been waiting 8 months for my refund. I just don't understand how a business office can operate this way. On a more positive note, my medicine was always delivered on time.
... Wow what a great pharmacy, they are curtious and work fast. It was an easy quick and out even when i went to get my refills it was an easy, quick, and fast. Too bad i don't live in L.A. or else i would have loved to keep going their.
Worst customer service... I went to pick up my grandmothers prescription and the service was horrible. The guy that was sitting in the front never even bothered looking back to help me. The pharmacist with short curly hair is very rude and you can't even understand a word she is saying. I had my grandmother take her prescription somewhere else and will never go back.
the previous reviews are obviously submitted by employees I use to visited this place monthly for my mother's prescriptions until february and it is completely disorganized and unprofessional. The employees seem really lazy and lack job knowledge and customer service skills. The pharmacist, a curly haired latino lady, is very rude and unhelpful.
