We live in one of your communities and our AC went out ... And the manager said I would have to pay for it since I'm buying ... But I'm renting to own ... It's going to 101 degrees today and I have a child ..We are getting sick because of the heat .... Can't call corporate because it's a fax machine number and the number she gave me is not answering ... smh

Horrible management! Very high priced for what you get! They will just take advantage of you, rip you off, real nice and politely to your face but a bunch of crooks! all-in-all just not worth it!

Young lady that answered my message after i called inquiring about a rv spot was very helpful and nice park looks very clean people were nice in the rv park.
Have been trying to contact someone from the park since 4:30pm today. There is a busted water main behind my RV and it is still boiling out of the ground. Need someone to fix this problem, several are without water.
