This place has definitely gone down hill. It's absolutely filthy. I would hate to see the kitchen when the public areas are so bad.
Food & Service is great here. When ordering ask for Fernando or Carlos and they'll be sure your meal is one to remember.
It makes me uncomfortable that they have no soap in the bathroom.
