My fiancé and I put a down payment on a vehicle we were looking at so it didn’t get sold to someone else while the bank was figuring out things on their end. We have not heard from anyone at El Rancho Sales in over a month. We have called and left messages and we get no response. We would just like our money back at this time but have been getting ignored by the owners!
Today my sister and I stopped up there to look for vehicles for my sister. The guy who was working there approached us. He was very rude and disrespectful to both of us!! He refused to listen to what my sister was trying to say what she wanted!!! He kept saying that Wheel City in Sioux Falls would charger her a higher percentage in interest.
