Very clean and tidy rooms , bathrooms and the whole property in general. Rooms are spacious and the property has a rustic feel, does not feel like a regular hotel. Had a very comfortable stay, would definitely visit again when coming to Taos. Prices are reasonable for the area, and they provide hot coffee/hot chocolate throughout the evening. I can’t explain how much we enjoyed our stay here last week! We checked in one evening and were offered free cookies and chips/salsa. The lady at the desk was absolutely the sweetest. Very pet friendly and lots of nice grass around for your pet. The rooms are nice and the fireplace was great! We felt as though our vehicle was safe as we had a sled on the back and nobody messed with it. The breakfast was very nice and there were lots of options. El Pueblo Lodge is the most romantic place I've ever stayed at in Taos! The staff were so helpful in creating such a wonderful experience. We were pleasantly surprised with the abundant breakfast served! Yummy! So close to Taos Pueblo and so close to many attractions in the town of Taos. We can't say enough thank you's for adding to our experience.
Absolute waste of money for the value 1. Cleanliness is absolutely not maintained. Not sure how they have the license to operate. 2. Bathrooms are so small and don't have an exhaust fan. 3. Rooms are so small and crushed for families to stay. 4. The breakfast area is so small and the options are very limited. 5. They kept on asking for feedback and when a candid feedback is provided, they yell with no base. My rating for this lodge - 1 / 10
