Brenda is genuinely one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered in a healthcare setting. From the moment I interacted with her, she was dismissive, unhelpful, distracted on her phone and spoke to both patients and staff in an unprofessional manner. The medical staff seemed to be doing their best, but her attitude created an uncomfortable environment and made an already stressful visit even worse. Front desk is so quick to talk over me saying the Dr called when they didn't call me yet. 2:16 pm I was called to make a same day appt for my results. 3:05 pm was the call the nurse usually does to ask questions before the Dr calls seperately after. And the 4:43 pm call was me calling them because I didn't receive a call yet and wanted to make sure I was still gonna get a call since they close at 5 pm. **I did end up speaking with the Dr and she said she called me but I don't have a record of it in my call log.
