I usually keep to myself, but after my time here, I feel compelled to share. The security gate functions, yet individuals who don’t reside here often find their way in, especially near the dumpsters. It’s unsettling and makes me question the safety measures in place. Noise is a daily challenge—neighbors playing loud music at all hours, children running around unsupervised, and parties that stretch into the early morning. It’s hard to find peace in your own home. The property manager is so nice and responsive they take care of any issues on the spot
I notice lots of fake 5 star reviews. I lived here for many years and towards the end it became unlivable due to loud neighbors, barking dogs, domestic disputes, trash piled up, and poor management that would not do anything to help. I even reached out to the manager of the manager 3 times with no response. The complex really went down hill after 2021-2022. I just want to give a heads up to anyone looking to move here.
I've been living at El Presidio apartments for 3 years now I cannot say enough wonderful things about these apartments.The property is absolutely beautiful! Nancy Kitaguchi, who is the onsite manager is so kind and helpful. If I have anything to ask, need or want, she's on top of it and always assure me with a smile. I feel safe and comfortable here. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place in Tustin.
