Great apartments with an excellent manager! We’ve been living here for a year and are very satisfied with how well the property is maintained. The neighborhood is peaceful, and Los Altos Downtown is just a short walk away. Above all, our apartment manager, Melissa, is incredibly kind and efficient in taking care of everything.
Very peaceful, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Packages (if big and heavy) sometimes left outside by the mailbox for days, and you are on a trip or something, and it will be there when you come back. You have the best, most caring property manager onsite who actually lives there, her name is Melissa. So if you need anything she will take care of it. El Prado in Los Altos is a great apartment. The location was very convenient for me. The grounds and facilities are beautiful and quiet. But the best part was Melissa, the on-site property manager. She is friendly, responsive, and always helpful. I happily recommend!
