El Prado in Los Altos is a great apartment. The location was very convenient for me. The grounds and facilities are beautiful and quiet. But the best part was Melissa, the on-site property manager. She is friendly, responsive, and always helpful. I happily recommend!
Melissa, the property manager of El Prado Apartments in Los Altos has been helpful and professional from the beginning of our whole process moving in. She's very customer oriented and very professional representing the company. This makes living here more pleasant and friendly. She cares to make the residents here happy and satisfied.
