Called 15 times on 3/3/26 to make an MRI appointment. Call went right to hold saying they were busy. Was on hold each time for no less than 9 minutes. Each time, call was disconnected and I was told they were busy and to try my call at a later time. Very frustrating since patients usually don't feel good and to go thru this makes us just give up.
We were in an out for a chest X-ray, they were nice enough to squeeze me in before lunch time! Thank you for a great service!
Why is it so difficult to get a hold of anyone on the phone? You can barely get through before you are disconnected and get no where. You can leave a VM so there is no way of receiving a call back . This system is ridiculously frustrating and needs to be changed !!
