Rude with children. We came here to get an x-ray for our daughter. The xray old guy apparently hated children and was rude, frustrated, and condescending from the beginning. He shouted commands like "sit down! i told you to sit down!" and the whole vibe was "oh my god, you parents are so stupid, it is simple!" I had to not only calm my daughter and try to make an xray but also defend our boundaries at the same time. I would never like to be with this person in the same room. Worse service ever.!! I would not of even give them one star. You can’t book an appt unless you want to be on hold for three hours and then they are never on time even if you are the first appt. You are better off driving out of town you still will save on your sick time. They have absolute no regard for peoples sick time.
They are super slow even with appointment..I hate coming here..
Called several times different days. Hold music - no one answers the phone when working all day it’s hard to hold more than 15 minutes at a time. I called Modesto they answered right away
I had a great experience with El Portal Imaging. I initially reached out with questions and received clear and timely info from Janette. She was friendly, professional, and helped me not only schedule my appointment but give me a clear price in advance so I was prepared. My clinician was also wonderful. Unfortunately I can't remember her name, but she was really sweet and skilled at her job.
