Some times the cashier can be a little rude and sometimes she fails to run atm as an atm and does it as a creditcard and gives you an extra fee. However when you do not have the unexpected bad experience the food is great always and the sides are great the salsa is made fresh and the people are nice.
good chicken El Pollo Loco offers a large variety of chicken dishes. They have burritos, salads, pollo bowls, quesadillas and much more. Some El Pollo Loco restaurants have a dollar menu. This particular restaurant is always clean and the food is always prepared well and quickly. Parking is always available and the staff is great.
Ok - fast My 2 kids and I ate here for the first time ever! We have driven by for years and never stopped. We ate here because a vendor wanted to meet me there,so we ate. I had a great el pollo caesar salad! It was healthy. The kids chose a quesadilla - not so healthy!
Quick and delicious I know, fast food...but this is one of my favorite spots to grab good, quick, mexican food. The staff is excellent and the place is very clean. They do a great job every time!
Old Employee Y'know what, I am sick and tired of everyone spitting on them with harsh words of bad service, your ordering from a military/construction neighborhood, not summerlin, DUH! i worked there for two years, and igave it my all, it was myfirst job, but everyfriggin night some jerk would stroll in and ruin it, i have cried 3 times in that place due to customers, GO AWAY JERKS! i only got paid 8.00 an hour, i went home and got yelled at, i didnt need your drama too, sure i loved working with good guests but for the ones... read more
Fresh and Yummy I love how fresh everything tastes at El Pollo Loco. The chicken is charbroiled and the taste is perfectly blended with their light, fresh-tasting salsas. My family loves the variety of sides they offer.
good food El Pollo Loco is a great place for fast mexican food. I get the taco salad and it's better than any restaurant. My kids love the single drumstick.
Better Fast Food This is a much better fast food option than any other Mexican fast food place I've been. It beats places like Taco Bell. In fact it shouldn't even be considered with them. Great burritos and a good variety side dish options, along with a variety of salsas and condiments that seem freshly prepared. This is not your father's fast food place.
