If i could i would give yall -10 the pollo loco in long beach city on 5386 cherry ave long beach ca Today i went got charged twice for a meal my bank statement you can clearly see they charged me and they did it twice they have the worst customer service the “manager” seen too the little girl at the drive thur window was being rude and I also showered her my phone with the bank statement that he charged me twice i want a refund and she she couldn’t do nothing i want a refund yall owe me some money $67.78

Horrible management, last two visits at 5:30 pm were out of chicken breast. Worker said the cook did not make enough. 3 visits prior, orders were all wrong.Last visit I paid the order taker a buck tip to double check my order was correct, got home and order was wrong AGAIN!!! No supervision and poor training. Shame on you El Polo, at one time your place was very good. Sorry, you lost me as a customer. I am discouraging all my friends and neighbors not to order from el pollo on Manchester!😫
