This place has been a family favorite for years. Clean restaurant and bathrooms...friendly and food very tasty. Although, lately the food tastes like it has changed somewhat...hope they are not changing a good thing!!
Food is always consistent, and the employees had a very positive attitude. I'm rating this location low in "service" because it doesn't make any sense to run out of sauce packets - meaning the manager is not properly stocking food supplies.

El Pollo Loco was much better long ago. The food here isn’t good, the prices are high and the wait is long. We’ll pass.
I can tell that management is the reason that my meal was amazing today!
