I've eaten at Pollo Loco's all over the country and generally love it. However, when dining at this location, 12 piece, chicken was completely overcooked and terribly dry, I brought this to the manager, not looking for a refund - but merely bring it to her attention She told me that was fresh chicken and there was nothing wrong with it. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I was attended by Daysha B. The supposed "store manager" I asked her to add points to my app as she attempted to she got frustrated and kept shaking her head she then gave up and told me to do it I tried but my app was blocked by pollo loco store I tried to show her the message and she blew up on me, walked away emotional and came back to argue more. Took a few minutes to get my order. But after I received order realized one item missing. Had to go back to counter to get missing item. They question me if I was sure it was missing, however they did replace it.
