Got my order mixed up and staff weren't really too customer service oriented, maby the age i don't know but they can use more training
Great food and variety for your appetite! Prices seem a bit higher but the portions go with the price and taste of the meals!
Can’t say enough about El Pollo Loco. Fresh food, delicious preparation and great atmosphere LOVE THIS PLACE.
My favorite thing to order here is the double chicken tostada salad with cilantro lime dressing. Its always hit or miss with the amount of chicken I get but the flavor is always there. I love during holiday season they have pozole Verde available which is also decent if you dont have a tia that will make it for you lol service is great and its always clean inside.
I have been going to Pollo Loco for quite some time and the food has always been very delicious. I normally get the Chicken Bowls or Burritos. The new crew there is very friendly and work hard to try and make the food you order the best possible. The Manager is also very nice. Thank you ☺
