I had someone attack me in El Pollo Loco, and the manager did nothing about it. They actually laughed with the other person, because they were all Hispanic, I believe, and she actually even gave him additional food for free. I would not go to this place. Management is terrible. I actually called the police and filed a police report.
HORRIBLE customer service. The employee at the drive-through window never spoke to me at all. She was taking the order of the person in back of me and she never took the time to greet me nor ask me if I needed anything else. Just took my card, Charged me, Didn’t ask if I wanted salsa, She just handed me the bag with my four items I bought and closed the window.
