I went through the drive-thru and ordered a chicken guacamole burrito. For some reason, it didn’t taste the way it usually does — normally they’re great. The service was fine, though not especially friendly. There wasn’t anyone else in the drive-thru, so I was helped right away.

It's the first time I have to wait so long for my order... I went to the counter 3 times for them to remember to finish up my order (2 chicken tortillas!!) They gave me courtesy chips, but after request... I know it was packed, but I saw 2 orders who came after mine being served exactly the same dish before I got called. Used the drive through. Repeated order at speaker and the man recalled my order. When I received the order it was missing one of two main items. I mentioned it and he added the missing item. No worries. It happens sometimes at drive throughs.
