Food was quick and so yummy
I love Pollo Loco, but was beyond disappointed with this location. I came today with my mom. For starters, to order it’s only through the tablet, no human interaction anymore! I get it, Pollo Loco wants to be cheap and not pay a cashier anymore to save money on their payroll, but there are customers that love ordering with people and talking like the humans that we are!
