The customer service at this location could be a little better... The atmosphere seems a little odd to me. If you are looking for a nice friendly environment, then somewhere else would be better. If you need an order re-done, then they may not be willing to redo it for you. They also may close the bathroom early, so you may be out of luck if you need to use it; I guess they want to end their work-day sooner, but I can be an inconvenience to customers
I had such a great experience at El Pollo Loco tonight. It was my first time visiting, and I ordered the 8-piece chicken meal with mac & cheese, rice, and a chicken tortilla soup. Everything was incredibly fresh and not greasy at all. The chicken was tender and seasoned perfectly, the mac & cheese tasted homemade and was absolutely superb, and the tortilla soup was delicious and full of flavor. Really tasty food, punching well above the fast-food class. Always fresh, and everything I've had has been good. The staff and managers are super helpful, accommodating, and friendly, even when they're hustling to get a bunch of huge drive-thru orders together.
