Decided to try El Pollo Loco for the first time in a while and I remember why I don’t really go here too much. I did an online order and that part was pretty easy but when I got there the workers looked lost and it took way longer to get my food than what the time said it would take so I was waiting for longer than I should’ve. Worst drive through service. They are completely dead all the time. It's crazy how you ask specifically for a certain salsas and they give you ones that you didn't ask for. I'm done coming here.
Normally I really like this location. But there's some newer people working inside that do not need to be in the kitchen goofing off around people's food. Yesterday they forgot my chips and the queso was dried out and tasted weird and then today they just didnt give me my queso. The night team is usually great, dont know what's going on with your morning team.
