My family and I have been coming here for years. They always ask us to reverse pur car and drive back up, and we always do it. To me, I feel like they are false advertising drive thru ratings. But anyways, today they get a review :) I forgot to order something I normally get, and when I asked for it at the window, they told me I had to get back in line. Unbelievable! The next time we are asked to back up again, our answer will be NO!!!
El Pollo Loco is the go‑to for fast food that doesn’t feel like fast food. The flame‑grilled chicken tastes homemade, and the sides—especially the rice and salsa bar—make it feel like a real meal.
Crazy how expensive they’ve gotten but honestly it’s everywhere now. I’m only leaving this review due to frustration when I spend an arm and a leg for food and expect it to be correct. I ordered limes and of course they don’t put any. The worst is when they tell me what kind of tortillas but for them to not even put them in my bag. So annoying when you’re paying $30 plus and for your order not to be correct
I always enjoy coming to El Pollo Loco! 🌯🔥 My go-to is usually the tostada salad 🥗 the shell is so good and honestly my favorite part every time 🤤 But today I switched it up for the BOGO deal for National Burrito Day 🎉 and tried the guacamole chicken burrito 🌯🥑… and wow, it did NOT disappoint!
