My experience at this location was very disappointing. The general manager, Poly, was rude and unprofessional when I asked a simple question about my order. I ordered nachos and asked if I could substitute the shredded chicken breast for thigh meat. I was told I would have to pay more for the substitution. I was replacing the more expensive breast meat with the less expensive thigh meat, yet I was still being charged an additional fee. That made absolutely no sense to me.
