I’m here at least two times a week. Always have a great service get my food right away.. And the staff is always friendly ..
I've been very disappointed in the taco combo lately the tortillas fall apart and so you can't even enjoy your food
Went in for a pick up order for grubhub and was told all the bags were complete and all the bags were accounted for. After leaving and getting near the drop off destination I had a missed call and a voicemail stating I forgot a bag and when I arrived at the drop off location a woman from El Pollo Loco was tailgating me and then rolled down her window to harassing and verbally patronizing me for “forgetting” a bag so I explained to her exactly what happened and she still had a very unprofessional demeanor.
Good food and usually friendly service. The only reason for 4 stars is I learned the hard way not to order online in advance. Now matter what time you get there you still end up waiting 5-10 minutes. Better off going to the drive thru. Also they have a really terrible app that I couldn’t get a new account set up. Keep asking for my birthday even though there was no where to input it.
