Friendly staff and a clean dining room! Pleasant smell as they were preparing to close.
Very disappointing experience. Mistakes can happen, but the way the situation was handled was unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of trying to help, the employee was dismissive and made me feel like I was being dishonest. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and helped. Customer service and the way you treat people matter just as much as the food.
