Great employees especially in the drive thru
Just about every single El Pollo Loco I go to is great. The people at this one were superfriendly. The service was very fast. Will always come by El Pollo Loco. When I'm hungry and I see it, everyone should try it all good.
Forgot to say this but I don't like the way Carmen talks to her employees. She talks to them like a robot, I don't know how they can put up with her. I honestly feel bad and usually I don't make review but seeing her the way she is I gotta make this review. Hopefully the employees are doing well.
