I don't leave reviews too often but I have to because I had the experience at El Pollo Loco thanks to Geddony! She was so friendly, professional, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but she went above and beyond to make sure everything was fresh and just right. Her positive attitude made the visit stand out, and she truly deserves recognition and a raise! I’ll definitely be coming back because of the amazing service she gave!
Really sad because I would come here very often, i came here to get a salad and it really sucks that I found a piece of metal inside, it could of been worse….
I guess it’s normal for drive thru employees to laugh at customers? I must look funny or something? Young lady with braces and dark hair starts laughing at me then calls another employee to the window, he looks out and starts laughing and speaking Spanish. I come here 2-3 times a week. I will not be returning.
