Came to eat with my family. The cashier was so sweet the service was great and the food was delicious. Would definitely return. The atmosphere was great and the workers were very attentive. Pollo loco has definitely improved.
We went through the drive thru. The lady was so courteous, great customer service. We received everything we ordered, plus napkins and salsa. We will return. Everything very well packed, nice and hot
Came in with my family and as soon as I walked in i was greated by the cashier. Very friendly cashier and the service was fast. The food was perfect. I would definitely come back.
The food was disgusting. The chicken was dry. It had a taste of old chicken. It was gross. The one on Culebra & Tezel has had very bad ratings for the longest time….salad was old chips were stale. It was just plain disgusting The chicken tasted horrible and I mean horrible would never go there again beware go at your own risk!!!!
