More than once I have gone to Pollo Loco and they didn't have any chicken available. Today I went by at 6:15 and I was told that there was a 30 minute wait.
Ordered drive thru and they did not give me what I ordered. I had to go back inside, they were rude, and moved very slowly. An employee wanted to give me thigh meat in my quesadilla instead of breast just to speed it up. Poor, slow, careless and rude service
