Gabriel is rude as can be. Basically told me to wait when I asked for my cups after having to order off the kiosk. Bring back the humans and get rid of the rude people who don't want to help the customer.
Health Code Violation: If I could give this location zero stars I would. Warning: Severe health code violations witnessed here multiple times! On July 27, 2026, between 8:30 PM and 9:00 PM, I looked through the drive-thru window and saw an employee standing directly on the cooking grill with their shoes on. When I confronted the staff, the server told me they do this every night to clean the vents because they do not have a ladder. This is the second time in two weeks I have caught them doing this.
