Paid cash at the machine and the machine stopped working, did not give all my change, had to ask the employee to do my order. 9nce I got it the chicken taco was cold, the mac&cheese was overly soggy, the rest of the food was just okay, not the El Pollo Loco that I am used to, I won't be back to this location. Side note they turned the men's restroom to an "all gender bathroom" but left the woman's alone, same do better.
Pretty clean. The young man at the front was really nice and helpful helping me choose what to order from the menu
