I’ve been buying tostados for a long time, but just lately they’ve been putting soggy not crisp lettuce in their tostadas. I will no longer be buying food at Pollo Loco. I think they’re rushing so much that they’re forgetting the most important detail of their food
I went today not knowing what I really wanted, Luis the cashier had excellent customer service, he informed me about some specials which worked out perfect. I wish we had more people like him at fast food restaurants. I’m very satisfied. Thank you Luis C
