They get 3 stars because the food is half descent for a fast food restaurant. However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Twice in a row, i got home and realised the order was not fully fulfilled. It's very frustrating. CHECK YOUR ORDER (FOOD) before you leave!!! Update... Not only did they get the order wrong... the email the provide for clarification is wrong...WOW
Great service, food, and clean.
It seems like different Pollo Locos have different policies. The cashiers were just talking to eat other in the front while customer were waiting. They take a longer than normal to get your food and they were out of chicken today. So they made my daughter burrito without chicken without telling us and it was very skimpy . Worst Pollo around..
