Like to preface this and say I used to love el pollo loco. I even worked as a teen in one of their restaurants. But this is unacceptable. The 2 piece breast and wing meal is so tiny and burnt. The chicken is dry. It obviously was rushed on high heat. They also forgot the corn tortillas. I went recently, and the burrito was extremely small. It looked like it was done on purpose, a waste of $11.
Every time I go there I regret it foods alright but no one speaks English even the manager there the bold guy have an attitude problem horrible service
All the time that I order there I missing something, they never give me a fork, knife or spoon
